How do I choose the right flooring for each room?

We walk through the room with you and ask about traffic, pets, moisture exposure, and your style preference. Wet areas get waterproof materials. High-traffic zones get durable finishes. We make recommendations and let you decide.

Can you refinish my existing hardwood instead of replacing it?

Often yes. If there is enough wood left after previous sanding cycles, refinishing is more cost-effective than replacement and gives you a fresh surface. We assess the floor before recommending either direction.

How long does flooring installation take?

A single room typically installs in one day. Whole-home projects run two to four days depending on material and prep work. We move furniture, prep the subfloor, install, and clean up.

Do you handle the subfloor if it needs work?

Yes. We do not install over a problem subfloor. If there are squeaks, rot, or uneven spots, we fix those first so the finished surface holds the way it should.
